Séance—from the French word for“session”—is an integrated program for those ready to step into balance.
It’s more than an app—it’s an invitation. A reliable framework to explore modalities that help you reconnect and calmly align with what you need, when you most need it.
Most apps address the mind, body, or spirit in isolation.
Séance holistically integrates the mind, body, energetic and spiritual self through a thoughtful, evolving series of practices—paired with a design-led collection of practice tools that marry purpose with aesthetics to anchor the work in the physical space. It offers structure without rigidity and support without dependency.
The result?
A sustainable path forward. One where each participant builds a personal practice rooted in clarity and consistency.

Sense
Refine your brain’s internal map through intentional awareness and subtle movements. Each week begins with a specific anatomical focus—heart, pelvis, feet. Slow down to sense pressure, tone, and relationship to the rest of the body.

Move
This practice uses intentional movement to improve coordination, engage the brain through novel patterns, and reawaken developmental motor pathways. Movement here isn’t just physical—it’s neurological. It uses rhythm, skill work, and play to train your nervous system to stay regulated in motion.

Receive
Start your day by listening to a short audio segment that introduces a concept or principle related to the week’s anatomical focus. Each lesson ends with a prompt to carry into your day. These are designed to build understanding gradually, one simple idea at a time.

Notice
Use the prompt from your morning lesson as a touchstone. Throughout the day, check in and observe your posture, mood, or mental patterns. These are not evaluations, just moments of observation.

Reflect
Close the day with a short journaling session. Write down what you noticed. Let it be spontaneous, honest, and unfiltered. Once finished, discard the paper. The purpose is not to analyze or create a record; it’s about becoming the observer of your own experience.

Center
Shift awareness to the week’s anatomical focus. You can center in line at a store, at your desk, or between emails—frequent returns teach the nervous system that regulation is available anywhere.

Rest
A guided practice to help the nervous system shift into a more restful state. Aligned with the week’s anatomical focus, it supports integration on a subconscious level by guiding the brain into slower wave activity—ideal for deeper nervous system recalibration.

Restore
Move into supported postures where the body can soften and release—typically 3–4 long-held shapes using the bolster and simple props. Keep gentle awareness on the weekly focus throughout. Use breath, gravity and time—not force—to open and restore.
